About
After graduating in Visual Communications in Milano, Italy, Franco started his journey into Photography shooting anything that would come around. From executive jets to medical equipment and many, many portraits. At the age of 22, the first break came with a still-life job for Vogue Italia. Then a long collaboration with Conde Nast which saw him shooting for all the magazine of the group (Vogue Pelle, Vogue Italia, Uomo Vogue and Vogue Bambini). While much of the magazine work was done for CN, he also shot catalogues and advertising for clients like Armani, Canali, Iceberg, Versus and many more. During this period he also photographed for the music industry producing album covers and promotional images for several Italian artists.
Moving permanently to the US corporate and personal portraiture became his main focus. In the recent years Food Photography then acquired a big part of Franco's work where he could join his photography with his great passion for food. His constant search for beauty in food and his interest in Brand Development, produced creative and innovative work for major brands as Lay's, Farmer John, Nonni's and many more. In the mean time he kept open to local artisanal companies when in need of images to compete with the big players.
Franco also shot several video projects for Fashion and Food brands combining the experience in light and composition acquired through Photography with the possibilities of motion.
